Ron Soffer

Ron Soffer was born in Israel in 1960.
He was educated in New York, attended New York University's undergraduate program (1977-1978) and graduated from Hebrew
University School of Law in 1981. Ron Soffer practiced law in Israel until 1987 in the areas of constitutional,
administrative and international law. He moved to New York in 1988 to join Republic National Bank of New York where
he worked until 1991. After practicing banking law in New York and moving to Paris to practice general business law
and litigation, he created the firm of Cabinet Soffer in 1994.
Ron Soffer is a member of the Paris Bar (1992), the New York Bar (State (1990) and Federal (1994)) and the Israel Bar (1984).
Ron Soffer has tried cases in numerous courts of first instance and in courts of appeals in France. He has tried
criminal, commercial, arbitration, civil and antitrust cases, and has presented cases to the European Court of
Human Rights. Ron Soffer has argued cases before the French Competition Authority and over the course of his
career has appeared before State and Federal Courts in New York including the United States Court of Appeals for
the Second Circuit. He has also argued in courts in California, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Morocco.
He has advised clients in multijurisdictional cases in Europe and the US.

Zorica Percobic was born in Paris (France) in 1971.
She obtained a Masters in Business Law from the Paris I Panthéon
Sorbonne University in 1993 and a Certificate (DESUP) of the Law and Practice of the Bar. She has been a member
of the Paris Bar since 1995. She has developed an expertise in the management of complex multi-jurisdictional
litigation and practices Civil and Commercial Litigation, Competition Law, Contract Law, Art Law, Private International
Law, Human rights Law and European Law.
She speaks French, English and Serbo-Croatian.

Axelle Zenati was born in Lyon (France) in 1974.
She received a DEUG in French and German Law from the
Saarbrucken University (Germany) in 1994 and a Masters in General Private Law as well as a Certificate
(DEJA) in German Law from the Paris X Nanterre University in 1996. She then received an LL.M in German
Law from the Münster University (Germany, Magna cum Laude) in 1997, a Post-Graduate Diploma (DEA) in Comparative
Law from the Paris II Assas University in 1998, and finally a Post-Graduate (DESS) in EC Law from the Paris X
Nanterre University in 1999. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001. She has much experience in Civil
and Commercial Litigation, Contract Law, Competition Law, Private International Law, European Law, as well as in
German Law.
She speaks French, German and English.

She studied at the University of Versailles
Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, where she obtained a Masters of Judicial Careers and Criminal Sciences in 1997,
including a period of study in the University of Nottingham (England). Following this, she obtained a Post-Graduate (DEA)
in Private and Public International Law at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in 1998. She was called to the bar in 2001.
She has much experience and Civil and Criminal Litigation, Labor Law, Private International Law and in European Law.
She speaks French, English and Spanish.
